If you're running into issues with the Movies Anywhere app on:
- Amazon Fire TV
- Android TV
- Apple TV
- LG TV
- NVidia Shield TV
- Roku
- VIZIO SmartCast TV
- Chromecast
Please try the following steps:
- Check your connection speed: Test the speed of your connection from a device on the same network as your streaming device. To stream video, you need a high-speed connection with a minimum download speed of 3 Mbps
- Restart your devices: Restart your device and network devices (modem, router, etc.) and try the Movies Anywhere app again
- Reduce traffic on your network: Try minimizing the number of devices using your Internet connection when using Movies Anywhere. This will allocate as much bandwidth as possible for streaming movies
- Try a wired connection: For the best performance, try using a wired connection instead of a wireless connection. To do this, connect your device to your home network using an Ethernet cable
- Update your Movies Anywhere app and device: Ensure that you are running the latest version of the Movies Anywhere app and that your device is running the latest operating system
