Movie playback and buffering issues are often due to a slow Internet connection speed. If you're running into issues streaming a movie, please check the following:
- If you are using a wireless Internet connection, make sure your connection speed meets the suggested technical requirements.
- Close any additional apps, web pages, or downloading services that may be active on your device.
- Pause the movie for a short period of time; this will allow the movie to buffer and may improve playback.
