To sync to your My Movies collection, an iTunes movie must meet the following requirements:
- The movie is from the catalog of a participating studio (Disney, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp., Universal, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.)
- The movie was originally purchased from or redeemed directly at the iTunes Store.
If you had previously linked a Digital Retailer account to iTunes, the movies purchased from that Digital Retailer will appear in your iTunes library. You can sync those movies to Movies Anywhere by connecting your Digital Retailer accounts.
If you have successfully linked your iTunes to Movies Anywhere, please allow up to 24 hours for movies to sync and appear in your My Movies collection.
Verify Movies Anywhere is linked in iTunes:
1. Go to "Store", scroll down to the footer and select "Account", under Manage
2. Under "Apple ID Summary", you should see Movies Anywhere if you have successfully linked to iTunes
If iTunes is showing as connected in your Movies Anywhere account, but Movies Anywhere is not showing as connected in iTunes, please call or email to contact a Movies Anywhere Agent:
