Any of the following qualify for proof of purchase:
- Screenshot or forward the iTunes purchase receipt
- Screenshot of the iTunes purchase history showing the purchase or redemption of the movie
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your email or account name is displayed and visible in your proof of purchase. To view the complete details of your purchase:
Computer
- In iTunes, click the "Account" menu and select "View My Account..."
- In the "Purchase History" section, click "See All"
- While in the Purchases window, click the "Account" menu to show your Account name and email address
- While the Account menu is open and displaying your name and email address, take a screenshot framed to show your account info and the full purchase info of the title
iOS devices
- In the App Store, tap the Account icon
- Tap your Name/Apple ID
- Tap Purchase History
- Tap or click the arrow next to "Total Billed" of the purchase to view details, including your account name
