How do I update the email address associated with my Movies Anywhere account?

1. Mobile app: Tap your Profile Pic, then tap the (Settings) icon
   Website: Click the arrow next to the Profile name and select "Settings"
2. Select "Account Settings"
3. Select “Update Email” next to your displayed email address
4. Enter your new email address in the “New Email” and “Confirm New Email” fields
5. If the email addresses are valid and match, select “Update Email”
6. Your new email address will now be displayed in Account Settings

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Movies Anywhere account and are unable to log in to your account to change it, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

If you use a Google or Apple account to log in to Movies Anywhere, you will first need to add an email and password login method to then change the email associated with your Movies Anywhere account:

1. Mobile app: Tap your Profile Pic, then tap the  (Settings) icon
   Website: Click the arrow next to the Profile name and select "Settings"
2. Select "Account Settings"
3. Select “Reset Password”
4. An email with a link to change your password will be sent to the email address associated with your social account
5. Open the email and select the password reset link
6. Enter your desired password, confirm and select “Reset Password”

Now to change the email address associated with your Movies Anywhere account:

1. Mobile app: Tap your Profile Pic, then tap the  (Settings) icon
   Website: Click the arrow next to the Profile name and select "Settings"
2. Select "Account Settings"
3. Select “Update Email” next to your displayed email address
4. Enter your new email address in the “New Email” and “Confirm New Email” fields
