If you have synced more than one Movies Anywhere account to your iTunes account, only the movies transferring from the most recently connected Movies Anywhere account will remain in your iTunes library. Movies transferring from any previously synced Movies Anywhere account will no longer be available in your iTunes library. See Apple Terms of Use for more details.
Please note that all of your purchased and redeemed movies originating in your iTunes account will remain available in your iTunes library. Purchased and redeemed movies not originating in iTunes will continue to be available in the Digital Retailer account where the transaction originated and your most recently synced Movies Anywhere account.
To confirm which purchased or redeemed movies originated in your iTunes account, please check your iTunes Purchase History. For more information, visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
If you believe a movie that originated in iTunes was incorrectly removed from your iTunes account, please contact iTunes Support.
If you believe a movie that originated in another Digital Retailer was incorrectly removed, please contact us at help@moviesanywhere.com.
