If you’re having trouble redeeming the digital code that came with your purchased Blu-ray or DVD, select the scenario below that best applies:
- The code insert is missing
- The insert is unreadable or the digital code is invalid
- Digital code was not offered with Blu-ray or DVD purchase

The insert is unreadable or the digital code is invalid
If you are attempting to redeem a valid digital code and you receive an error message stating the code is not valid or recognized, please try the following:
- Make sure the insert indicates that the code is for a digital movie (e.g., not a studio rewards program code)
- Review and re-enter each letter and/or number in the code carefully. Some letters and numbers may appear similar in print (for example, “0” and “O“ or “X” and “K”)
If you are still having trouble redeeming your valid digital code, please contact us with the digital code for assistance.
Digital code was not offered with Blu-ray or DVD purchase
If you purchased a Blu-ray disc or DVD that did not offer a digital code, you can still get a digital copy of your movie with Disc to Digital from Fandango at Home.
