I forgot my email address or password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. If you’ve forgotten the email address associated with your Movies Anywhere account, please contact us for additional support.
I didn’t receive a password reset link
When you reset your password, a link gets sent to the email address associated with your Movies Anywhere account. If you do not receive the email, check your junk/spam folders. If you need additional support, please contact us.
I created my Movies Anywhere account using a social account
If you signed up for Movies Anywhere using a social account (i.e., Google or Apple), make sure you select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple when signing in. If you would like to use your email address to sign in, you can update your account settings. Facebook is no longer available as an option for signing in to Movies Anywhere.
